9coins Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 9coins platform available at 9coins.vip, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 9coins with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to that subject matter. No variation of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and published on the 9coins platform.

9coins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the 9coins platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

To register and use a 9coins account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 9coins does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, access, or use any part of the platform, including free-play or demonstration modes.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 9coins is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period requested through 9coins or any responsible gaming programme.

9coins enforces age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process prior to processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification document confirming their date of birth. Where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, 9coins reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of 9coins services, including real-money wagering and withdrawals, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 9coins platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9coins will consolidate or close them at its sole discretion, and any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate account(s) may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 9coins strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account via your registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9coins will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted using your account login, whether by you or any other person, will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 9coins of a suspected security breach in writing.

Account Verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification. Documents accepted include a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) may also be required. KYC documentation is reviewed within 1–3 business days of submission.

All financial transactions on 9coins are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9coins does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 9coins, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 9coins account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 9coins does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts — the funding source must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion and must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically within 1–4 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Rocket and Upay: typically within 4–12 hours.
• Bank transfer: typically within 1–3 business days.

9coins reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of Bangladesh Standard Time business hours may be processed on the next available business day.

Declined Transactions: If your deposit is declined or your withdrawal is not processed within the stated timeframe, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. 9coins will investigate and respond within 4 hours during normal operating hours.

9coins periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general principles set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough" or "rollover" requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of the One Account Policy.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A "new player" is defined as a person who has never previously held a 9coins account.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• 9coins reserves the right to cancel any bonus, reclaim bonus funds, and void associated winnings where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting contributes 100% on settled bets at odds of 1.50 or greater. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

Seasonal Promotions: 9coins offers special promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events and national holidays, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific eligibility criteria published at the time of the promotion.

Each provider is responsible for the technical operation and integrity of its own game titles. Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, 9coins reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed on that round. The decision of 9coins in respect of any malfunction shall be final. No player is entitled to winnings arising from a demonstrably faulty game state.

Disputed Outcomes: If you believe the outcome of a game has been recorded incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the 9coins support team within 72 hours of the affected game round concluding. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. All disputes are reviewed using server-side game logs which are maintained as the authoritative record of game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9coins platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any point during the use of the platform; impersonating another person; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund an account.
• Money Laundering: Using the 9coins platform to process, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. 9coins complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, third parties, or 9coins staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. This includes, but is not limited to, chip-dumping in poker or poker-variant games.
• Cheating and Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software (bots), scripts, exploit tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage not available to the general player population. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under fair game conditions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for deposits that were genuinely made to your 9coins account. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in debt recovery proceedings.
• Underage Access: Registering an account, or assisting another person to register an account, for a person under the age of 18.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward 9coins support staff or other platform users.

9coins reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibitions. Where a violation is found, 9coins may take any action it deems appropriate, including account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 9coins account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, 9coins will process the closure within 1–3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you have the right to request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Suspension by 9coins: 9coins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has been conducted through the account.
• The information provided during registration was false or incomplete.
• Continued account operation poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to 9coins.

Where an account is closed by 9coins due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited and will not be returned. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (such as 9coins ceasing operations in a particular market), any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 9coins will send an email reminder to the registered address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule, or may be closed with the balance returned upon player request.
